  • A spare toothbrush
  • Hand soap
  • Your aligners
  • Cold running water

Steps:

  • Put soap in aligners
  • Repeat with other aligner
  • Brush inside & outside of aligner for 30 seconds
  • Enjoy clean aligners
  • Rinse well with cold water
