How to Put On Elastics With Your Clear Aligners

The elastics are quite small. One of the easiest ways I’ve found is to actually put the elastic on one of the aligners first and then just pull it to the other aligner. So I’ll put the top one in first, followed by the lower, and then I’m just going to pull the elastic from one aligner to the other. And that’s how you put an elastic in when you take your aligners out, take the elastic first and then just simply take your aligners out.
