When you put it in, you’ll hear a bit of a snap and then you’ll know it’s in the right position. Same for the top one. It doesn’t matter what order you put them in. When you’re taking them out, always do it very slowly and very carefully, and start at the back and just gently pries it off. It’s a bit like peeling it off your teeth. Again, for the lower, start on the back teeth and just very gently peel it off your teeth. If you do it that way, you’ll avoid breaking it or damaging the aligner, so never try to pull the aligner off right at the front. If you try to pull it out at the front first, you’ll damage it or crack it. That’s how to take your clear aligners out.
