Dr Mike Anderson has some helpful tips for you on how to eat while wearing your clear aligners.

Because you have to wear your aligners at least 22 hours a day you will be required to eat all your meals and snacks with your aligners in, eating with your aligners is important as it helps your aligners sit better on your teeth.

When you first get your aligners try eating some soft foods or foods that do not require much chewing such as grapes & bananas. Once you are used to eating with them in you can then progress to bigger and firmer foods that require a bit more chewing such as apples & oranges.
